Oldham Road
Oldham Rd has recently received planning permission for this new residential scheme and is part of a larger re-generation plan proposed along Oldham Rd just outside of Manchester City Centre.
Cert properties were looking to demonstrate their vision for the area, providing a design led development that would cater for young professionals and families. That would also reflect the character and industrial heritage of the area.
The aim was to showcase the scheme in its entirety while also revealing amenity areas and outdoor spaces that would enrich residents' living . With a large private garden located to the east side of the site elevated from street level to provide privacy and an outdoor sanctuary for potential residents to enjoy. The CGI’s were used to assist the planning application .
